Mr P Murali Mohana Rao
Mr. P. Murali Mohana Rao is a very successful financial entrepreneur and chartered accountant and has obtained his fellow membership from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” in 1989. He is the founder of P. Murali & Co, Chartered Accountants. He is an expert in the area of Income Tax Appellate representation and has represented before various Appellate tribunals He has been involved in advising corporate proposing to come up with Public Issues (IPOs)s and helped raising capital from domestic Indian as well as global markets. Mr Rao served as an independent director on the board of Power Finance Corporation Limited, which is a USD 8 billion market cap listed company, backed by the government of India to fund power projects in India. He was also appointed as the Public Nominee Director by SEBI for Hyderabad Stock Exchange.

Mr S Venkat Rao
Mr.S.Venakata Rao, aged 47 years has qualified in 1993 and is a Fellow Member of the ICAI. He has done LLB and qualified as Company Secretary in the year 1996.
